Description

A Global IT Services company is looking for a Technical Account Manager for their Cybersecurity Department.

 

This deparment is responsible for all aspects of the Secure Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and operational security for services developed.

 

Responsibilities

- Build relationships with key business and IT stakeholders to understand the customer’s business goals/priorities, as well as their technology systems and services

- Proactively respond to customers’ inquiries 

- Elucidate the service benefits and present practical utilization plans for customers to enhance their security

- Assist customers and internal teams in acquiring necessary contracts and charging scheme and coordinating the procurement/invoicing procedures related to the service offerings

- Create targeted, prioritized security transformation roadmaps for customers

- Become a Trusted Advisor/SME to key business and technical decision-makers.

- Run customer reviews regularly to ensure service quality and amend customer security transformation strategies as needed

- Proactively coordinate with internal cybersecurity teams to resolve functional/technical product issues

- Communicate technical changes/security updates/service disruptions/etc. that may affect the customer's environment and advise how to address them

- Be the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries

Required Skills

- Work experience in one or more of the following: Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, Technical/Solution Architecture, Presales Engineering

- Detailed technical knowledge and implementation experience of various enterprise-grade cybersecurity products and services

- Functional experience with cybersecurity industry best practices, principles, common frameworks and regulations

- Understanding of the anatomy of a cyber-attack (threat actor techniques/ malware behavior/persistence/lateral movement/etc.)

- Experience with large-scale implementations in complex solution environments

- Ability to drive, escalate and lead on complex customer requirements or projects involving multiple related teams and enterprise systems

- Ability to reliably and effectively communicate, explain, and exert influence at all levels of the organization (including executive level and C-level)

- Ability to prioritize under pressure, handle multiple tasks in parallel, and be able to perform duties efficiently
