1-on-1 Meeting with a Consultant
After registration, our Talent Acquisition team will contact you to schedule a meeting with a dedicated Tech Recruitment Consultant.
Meetings can be conducted online, in person, or via phone, and we offer support in both Japanese and English.
During the initial consultation, our dedicated Consultant will provide the following information:
An introduction to our services
- Review of your experience, preferences, and career goals
- Insights into the current IT industry and job market
- Career options and suggestions

Introduce New Job Opportunities
Thanks to Skillhouse's unique "4-tier" team structure, we are able to continuously and quickly uncover new job opportunities.
We receive 30 to 40 new job listings every week.
Our dedicated Consultant will regularly introduce newly matched job openings based on your preferences.
To improve your interview success rate, we also offer resume review and enhancement support.
Interview Process
Prior to your interview, Skillhouse will provide the following preparation support:
- Interview preparation and advice
- Additional information on team structure, position details, and more
- Scheduling a pre-interview support call
- Mock interviews and practice available in both Japanese and English
After the interview, we conduct a follow-up to gather your feedback and impressions.
Negotiating your employment conditions
Based on the initial consultation, we will negotiate your preferred conditions with the employer.
Additionally, if necessary, we provide advice on ensuring a smooth resignation from your current employer.
Start a New Role
Congratulations on securing the job offer!
From the moment you receive your job offer until your start date, we will continue to provide full support.
Even after you join the company, we will conduct regular follow-ups to ensure you are comfortably settling into your new workplace.
