Fortune 500 Global Insurance company is looking for a strong Software Engineer II in the Customer Service and Operations

Systems Group/Open Systems Team

 

Responsibilities

- Analysis/preparation phase: Understanding overall architecture of the system under development, stakeholder analysis.

- Planning phase: Analysis of current operations and planning for requirements definition phase, forecast quality related issues and plan countermeasures

- Deliverables: Business requirements definition plan, quality control plan and related checklists

- Requirement’s definition phase: Business requirements definition document, system requirements definition document, requirements traceability matrix

- Design phase: Formulate high level design and test plan, validate vendor quotation

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Windows and Unix-based operating systems or experience using them in system development work

- Experience developing systems using programming languages such as Java, C#, C ,

- Experience or knowledge of using major cloud solutions (e.g., Salesforce or Azure)

- Management of external vendors/subcontractors and managing cost control

- Lead appropriate communication with internal and external stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations
