Fortune 500 Global Insurance company is looking for 4 strong Business System Engineers (or Internal System Engineer) in

the Solution Delivery Group / Policy Admin Systems Team.

Responsibilities

- Development work will basically follow a project-based system.

- Specifically, project delivery will be in line with our project management standards and framework. You will work with business department personnel, IT project managers, other IT development teams, IT Infrastructure personnel and Vendor partners.

- Project delivery will follow agile or waterfall methodology and you will be primarily responsible for defining and refining business requirements and deliver high level design.

- Analysis/preparation phase: Understanding overall architecture of the system under development, stakeholder analysis.

- Planning phase: Analysis of current operations and planning for requirements definition phase, forecast quality related issues and plan countermeasures

- Experience in business system design and development, maintenance support related to life insurance domain or financial services.

- Experience in mainframe development or maintenance work, or experience in managing mainframe development projects.

- Experience in leading team members either in projects or manage maintenance operations.

- Experience or ability to create and review system requirements definition and basic design documents in Japanese.

- Ability to lead communication with internal and external stakeholders in an appropriate manner and manage stakeholder expectations.
