Description

A world's leading Insurance firm is looking for a talented CRM Cloud Solutions Business Analyst. 

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in working with various business teams to define, optimize and automate business processes.

 

Responsibilities

- Work with the business to define and optimize business processes

- Maintain knowledge of business processes, workflows and use cases for assigned products

- Understand the core capabilities, functions and limitations of assigned products

- Support process automation and standardization

- Communicate, identify new needs and define business and system requirements

- Work closely with the Product Owner 

- Comply with required governance processes

- Plan the implementation approach

- Support vendor management

- Release preparation (e.g. submitting approved documents to Release Management, conducting reviews, etc.);

- Prioritize and respond to incidents

- 1st interview – Team Manager (Technical round)

- 2nd interview – Senior IT Management (Technical round)

- 3rd Interview – HR Discussion

9:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri (Hybrid: 2 days in office and 3 days WFH every week)

Required Skills

- Knowledge and experience related to building/maintenance and support of applications on the cloud

- Experience with SFDC (Salesforce) or Genesys Cloud is preferred

- Mindset to proactively work on what is necessary for the Team to achieve its goals

-Understands or can understand what products related to the protection area of life insurance companies should be from the customer's perspective

- Able to support the realization of user needs and business goals
