Position Title:   Talent Acquisition Specialist

Department:   Human Resources

Employment Type:   Fulltime (Permanent)

Salary:  10,000,000 JPY per annum (6,000,000 JPY starting base salary plus commission of up to 4,000,000 per year based on reaching internal recruiting goals), plus

incentives, full social benefits, transportation, 401k, paid vacation, etc.

Working Hours:   Flex from 7:30AM to 9:00AM plus one (1) day per week Work from Home (WFH) option

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a strategic role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top sales, sales coordination, human resources and recruitment talent to ensure the continued growth of the company. Your expertise in the recruitment process will contribute to the sustainable growth of our company by aligning the talent acquisition strategy with business objectives to ensure a seamless and effective staffing operation. You will be sourcing talent to fill internal client and customer facing roles only. For IT candidates, there is a separate department, strategy and service model responsible for the recruitment of IT candidates.


Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with company objectives and promote long-term growth
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing prospective candidates to coordinating the offer and onboarding stages
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and establish a streamlined recruitment funnel
- Proactively build talent pipelines for critical roles by identifying and engaging with potential candidates through various channels, such as networking events, social media networks, and specialized job boards
- Conduct in-depth screenings to assess potential candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit
- Maintain a high level of communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing a first-class candidate experience
- Utilize recruitment metrics to optimize processes and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Host and attend recruitment events to network with potential hires and increase brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with all local legal and regulatory employment requirements during the hiring process
- Provide reports on recruitment activity and analyze data for strategic improvements

- Provide various HR support to the HR department, such as supporting HR related training programs, coordinating onboarding of new employees and supporting internal inquiries related to HR

Required Skills

- Proven work experience as an internal recruiter or similar role, preferably within the staffing or recruit to recruit business operations sectors
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Must have excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English to efficiently interact within a culturally diverse environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Adept in negotiation and problem-solving
- Strong decision-making skills
