Position Title: IT Staffing Sales Professional

Employment Type:  Fulltime (Permanent)

Salary: 10,000,000 ~ 16,000,000 per annum (6,000,000 starting base salary plus commission of up to 10,000,000 per year plus incentives, full social benefits,

transportation, 401k, annual paid vacation, bonus, etc.

Working Hours: Flex from 7:30AM to 9:00AM plus one (1) day per week Work from Home (WFH) option.

Position Details

Working as a team member in the sales department, your responsibilities will be to provide IT staffing and services to companies in the Kanto area. Your main responsibilities are as follows.

- Business Development for new clients

- Account Management and Account Growth to existing clients

- Manage the sales process for IT staffing services to clients

- Work with the candidate delivery team and oversee selection process

 

In addition to developing new clients as the main responsibility, the role is to also lead the service delivery process. Once new clients are developed, other teams will be in charge of providing the resources required to fill client needs. As a result, the role requires strong business development and relationship management skills and experience. Moreover, to communicate well to other teams to ensure resources are delivered within required timelines and budget. Career Progression

Average length of promotions for IT Staffing Sales Professionals is once every 14 months with an opportunity to double base salary within 2 years of employment.

- At least four (4) years of successful Business to Business business development experience

- Proven experience exceeding sales goals and KPIs
