Position Title:   Account Executive (Sales Professional)

Employment Type:   Fulltime (Permanent)

Salary:   6,000,000 JPY starting base salary plus commission of up to 12,000,000 per year based on reaching sales goals, plus

incentives, full social benefits, transportation,  401k, paid vacation, etc.

Working Hours:   Flex from 7:30AM to 9:00AM plus one day per week Work from Home (WFH) option

Career Progression:  Average length of promotions for Account Executives to Account Managers and then to Senior Account

Managers is on average once every 14 months with an opportunity to double base salary within 2 years of employment.

Position Details

Working as a team member in the sales department, your responsibilities will be to provide IT staffing and services to companies in the Kanto area. Your main responsibilities are as follows.

- Business Development for new clients

- Account Management and Account Growth to existing clients

- Manage the sales process for IT staffing services to clients

 

The Account Executive’s role is to lead the service delivery process. Once new clients are developed, other teams will be in charge of providing the resources required to fill client needs. As a result, the role requires strong business development and relationship management skills and experience. Moreover, to communicate well to other teams to ensure resources are delivered within required timelines and budget.

 

Required Skills

- At least four (4) years of successful previous Business to Business sales experience

- Excellent account management skills and experience
