Position Title:   Marketing & Recruitment Team Leader

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary:   12,400,000 (8,400,000 starting base salary plus commission of up to 4,000,000 per year) plus incentives, full social benefits, transportation, 401k, annual paid

vacation, bonus, etc.

Working Hours:   Flex from 7:30AM to 9:00AM plus two (2) days week Work from Home (WFH) option

Role Description

The Marketing & Recruitment Team Leader is a full-time on-site role based in Tokyo. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading the marketing and recruitment team to execute strategies and initiatives to achieve company goals. They will lead team members in identifying, qualifying, and acquiring new clients and candidates through proactive marketing and outreach efforts while delivering top-tier customer service to both clients and candidates. The Team Leader will also ensure the accuracy of data in the CRM system and oversee the team's activity tracking.

 

 

 

Required Skills

Qualifications

- At least 6 years of experience in marketing, recruitment, or sales in the IT or staffing industry.

- Experience in leading a team and delivering results in a target-driven environment.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluency in English and Japanese with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of current recruitment trends and social media platforms.

- Experience with CRM software and data management.

- Experience in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
