An European Logistic firm is looking for an Internal IT Support Specialist
who will act as a first point of contact for employees who are seeking IT assistance.
Responsibilities:
- To setup + configure company deployed applications
- To provide resolutions for issues raised via remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques + pertinent questions
- To be responsible for tracking + administering our IT assets
- To comply with all internal standard help desk procedures (e.g. ticket logging, recording of incident resolution)
- To update stakeholders on incident resolution progress on a timely basis
- To improve customer service quality by evaluating + re-designing processes, establishing + communicating service metrics, monitoring + analyzing results
- To prepare error diagnostics + detailed problem descriptions for escalation as required
- To perform assigned routine tasks related to IT
