Spring Referral Campaigns

Introduce your friends, colleagues, and family members who work as IT professionals, and earn a 3,000 JPY Amazon voucher for yourself and a 3,000 JPY Amazon voucher for the person you refer (the referee).

Registration Campaign

Time Period:

March 14, 2025 – December 31, 2025

Prize:

  • 3,000 JPY Amazon gift card for yourself (Referrer)
  • 3,000 JPY Amazon gift card for your Referee

Campaign Information:

  1. This campaign is for first-time registrations only, so candidate already registered with Skillhouse are outside the scope of this campaign.
  2. Referrals must have at least 3 years of experience working full-time in an IT role following graduation.
  3. Referrals must currently reside in Japan or have a current legal right to live and work in Japan.
  4. Referrals must have at least a high-intermediate level of Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2) up to and including Native Japanese level. While certification is not required, candidates must be able to handle the registration process in Japanese if they don't have a certification.
  5. Referrals must complete the full Skillhouse registration process.
  6. Once registration is complete and the above requirements are met, both the referrer and referee will receive the prize as mentioned above.


※ At the time of registration, all referrals will be introduced to a dedicated Skillhouse consultant. Our consultant will meet with the referral to discuss their job search expectations, career goals, and experience, and introduce potential positions.

Job Placement Campaign


Time Period:

March 14, 2025 – December 31, 2025

Prize:

  • 10,000 JPY Amazon gift card for yourself (Referrer)

Campaign Information:

  1. If the IT professional you referred under the “Registration Campaign” receives and accepts a job offer from Skillhouse within 6 months of their initial registration meeting, you will receive an additional 10,000 JPY Amazon voucher.
  2. There is no limit to the number of referrals, meaning you can receive a 10,000 JPY Amazon voucher for each of your contacts who accept an employment offer with Skillhouse.
  3. Referral must complete the probation period according to the type of employment. See below for further details


※ We will send your Amazon voucher via email to the phone number and email address we have on file once your referral's registration is complete. If the provided contact information is invalid, you will lose eligibility for this campaign.

Probation period for permanent placement is 3 months. Probation period of contract role is of 2 weeks

Terms and Conditions


  1. Referrals can be introduced by email (with their permission), by having the referral directly contact a Skillhouse staff member, or by having the referral sign up through our website. If the second or third option is chosen, please ensure your referral mentions that you recommended Skillhouse services.
  2. Referrals who have previously registered with Skillhouse are not eligible for this campaign.
  3. Referrals must complete the full Skillhouse registration process, including meeting with a consultant, completing the website registration, and accepting Skillhouse’s Terms & Conditions.
  4. Introductions to unknown or unlimited persons will result in exclusion from this campaign.
  5. Misrepresentation of personal or employment history will result in exclusion from this campaign and any future opportunities with Skillhouse.
  6. The referrer must be registered with Skillhouse as either a candidate or client. Third-party referrers are not eligible.
  7.  
  8. Skillhouse reserves the right to terminate or modify this campaign without prior notice. If the campaign is terminated, referrers will no longer be eligible, except where the gift card has already been issued.


Privacy and Data Protection:

  1. Personal information provided by the referral will be used for campaign screening and qualification purposes, as well as for regular recruitment, staffing, and employment support services.
  2. Skillhouse will handle the referral's personal information securely and will not disclose it to any other parties without the referral’s permission.
  3. Personal information will be processed in compliance with Skillhouse’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle and protect personal data in accordance with the "Protection of Personal Information Act (Article 4-1)."
