A Leading supplier of network solutions focused on "communication stability" is looking for a Solution Support Engineer to drive innovation in network solutions and provide technical support for cutting-edge connectivity systems.

Responsibilities:
- Assist end-users and partners in designing networks, considering customer challenges and the advantages of our solutions.
- Work closely with end-users, partners, and internal systems engineers during network deployment and operation to swiftly address technical issues.
- Coordinate with the business development team, R&D, and other stakeholders to respond to inquiries from end-users and partners.
- Provide technical support primarily during the post-sales stage, as well as in the pre-sales phase as required.

Required Skills:
- Experience in leading project implementation as a technical focal point.
- In-depth technical knowledge of telecommunications and IT networks, with expertise in MPLS, TCP/IP, routing, switching, network engineering, network configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with legacy protocols such as RS232, J1, T1, E1, SDH, or voice.
- Understanding of industrial applications, particularly in power electricity and railway sectors, and telecommunications solutions for such applications.
- Ideally 3 years of experience designing Layer 2, Layer 3, MPLS-TP, and IP/MPLS networks, with a solid understanding of unicast, multicast, IP addresses/subnets, VLANs, and routing protocols.

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (70% travel to sites around Japan, including overnight stays)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays (15 days per year), Other Special Holidays
