A Global Finance firm is seeking an Associate – Project Manager/ Operation Manager (IT Resource Management) to join its Security Division   

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing various projects of cyber threat defence group including operationalization and resource management
- Develop project, resource and operationalization plan and follow up
- Strategically planning execution of various cyber projects and allocate of resources, implementing operation models
- Assist department managers for talent management including hiring, development and retention of talents
- Proactively support on analysis report and trends of project, resources and operations.
- Supervise and mentor staff globally and within Japan
- Monitor vendor processes and approvals in partnership with sourcing, ensuring compliance with vendor risk management framework and preferred supplier and product strategies 
- Build colleague engagement and communication strategy, including town halls, response to employee survey, recognition schemes, learning & development planning and internal/external brand development & promotion
- Participate in people processes in partnership with HR including annual objectives setting ,organization design, succession planning, recruitment and early careers

Required Skills
- Minimal 5 years of experience as a project manager, experience in resource allocation, Skilled in IT operations. 
- Bilingual speaker (Fluent Japanese speaker and business English speaker)
