A Global Asset Management firm is seeking an IT Control Group Member to manage various systems related to IT governance, service requests, incidents, and change management. The role includes internal coordination for the formulation, documentation, and implementation of IT governance in traditional systems as well as expanding areas such as cloud, AI, and citizen development and to act as the IT point of contact to consolidate and respond to inspection questions from customers and auditors.
Responsibilities:
- Management tasks for the Privileged Access Management systems.
- Administration tasks for IT service management & IT asset management systems (such as ServiceNow).
- Planning, implementing, and managing technology systems related to IT governance
- Organizing and improving documents related to standards and procedures within the IT department.
- Considering the approach to expanding IT management tasks such as cloud and AI, formulating new rules while ensuring consistency with existing rules.
- Managing issues related to IT controls.
- Conducting regular inspections such as account and access rights audits.
- Responding to periodic or ad-hoc questions related to IT controls.
- Maintaining scripts and macros which are used for our BAU (Business As Usual) tasks.
Required Skills:
- Experience working in an organization with a group of 5 or more people
- +3 years’ experience Windows server administration.
- Implementing and managing ITIL processes
- ServiceNow or CyberArk administration (strong advantage)
- Financial industry experience (preferred)
- Experience analyzing and documenting business processes
- Knowledge/ understanding of technologies such as : Microsoft Active Directory (OU, Security Group, Distribution Group etc.), Windows privileges (Domain Admins, Administrator, Local Administrator), Windows Servers (DC, DFS, DHCP etc.) and operating systems Windows OS (10, 11) and MS365, Network protocols (IP, ICMP, TCP/UDP, TLS, LDAP, Kerberos, SAML2.0), work efficiency tools using Excel functions, Forms, Power Automate, VBA, PowerShell, etc, knowledge of IT standards, security benchmarks, and evaluation of new technologies
