A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Data Product Manager .
Responsibilities:
- Identifying issues/Planning strategy regarding product
- Managing and visualizing of KPIs related to product
- Arrangement of human resource / offshore management
- Identifying issues/Analyzing for data utilization
- Planning and project management for product data quality improvement and product data utilization
Required Skills:
- Strategy planning / requirement definition in IT services
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and requirement definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- KPI management for business / customer / operation procedures
- Project management involving with multiple teams
- Strategic approach to align client needs with team goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to clearly communicate business needs
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Ability to work with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English

Work Hours : 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style : Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
