Description
A Global Finance Firm is looking for a Senior Associate – Operations Change Management.
The successful candidate will join the Operations Transformation Office team in the Global Operations Head Office department. This team manages the Operations Change portfolio and Transformation / Innovation initiatives. The team leads those initiatives across Operations departments in Japan as well as leads Operations activities on corporate-wide projects both globally and locally.
Responsibilities:
- Envision projects, lead and deliver initiatives by involving and collaborating with various counterparties including front offices and corporate divisions across regions.
- Analyze and review the impact of the upcoming projects initiated by other regions and estimate the required changes and Operations resources in Tokyo. Provide appropriate feedback to Operations Management based on the results.
- Coordinate internal and external resources and engage stakeholders.
- Develop project plans with milestones, ensuring technical feasibility, resource availability and allocation. Track the progress and manage changes when necessary.
- Define business requirements and create BRDs. Analyze and visualize system and operation flows. Develop UAT plans and coordinate the testing with IT and user participants.
- Create project documentation and report to management as needed.
- Act as PMO / BA
Requirements:
- Minimal 5 years in BA/ PM
- Stakeholder Management - Team player with good communication skills, able to work effectively with team members of all levels across regions and time zone
- Change management - Detail oriented and structured approach to prioritization, analysis, planning, and reporting. Able to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure to deliver high quality results.
