A Global business services company is looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager . You will be responsible for one-stop project management, from business analysis and pre-sales prior to system selection, to solutioning, business design, system design, project planning and execution using IT tools such as the Salesforce core system.
The team is a hybrid of on-shore (Japan) and off-shore teams, so you will work while communicating with global members. （The team consists of an On-shore (Japan) and Off-shore hybrid team, so you will be required to communicate with global members.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce consultancy to organise customer business issues and define overall system requirements
- Project management to realise Salesforce implementation through waterfall or agile development together with the customer
- Project management work in a hybrid system with global operations
- Technical architect for Salesforce core systems using various Salesforce products
- Building partnerships and collaborating with Salesforce
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development/implementation experience
- Experience as a project manager or leader
- Mature communication skills with internal and external team members
- An interest in client work
- Ideally a Salesforce certification holder
- Knowledge or experience with projects ITIL/PMBOK
- Experience implementing ERP/CRM/SFA/MA and other packaged products
