Description
A global IT services company is looking for a Lead Engineer to improve service quality and accelerate agile development.
As this is a start-up service, we are looking for someone with a mindset to work together with the business to advance the project without being restricted to the responsibilities of an engineer, and someone with the ability to commit to service maintenance as a lead engineer.
Responsibilities:
- System design based on business requirements
- Development (coding)
- Vendor management (code review)
- Operations (releases, troubleshooting, bug fixes)
- Lead development of up to 5 people and manage the organization
Required Skills
- Experience in web application development using C# (3+ years)
- 3+ years of development experience using ReactJS (3+ years)
- Experience with public cloud development, including Azure (3+ years)
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Experience designing and operating relational databases such as MSSQL and MySQL
- Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in implementing unit testing
- Knowledge of modern architecture, best practices, and security in the web application space
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to get things done with others
- Leadership experience (5+ person organization)
- Experience troubleshooting in a commercial environment

Working hours : 9:00 - 17:30
Working style: Hybrid (basically 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week at home)
