Description
A Global Internet services company is looking for a DX Solution Lead Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and operate from the customer's perspective
- Accurately understand business needs and translate them into optimal specifications and optimal architecture
- Code quality - passionate about code quality, conducting thorough code reviews, and implementing good coding standards, practices, and tools
- Lead the engineers on the team involved in the project from a technical and quality perspective, as well as build and develop the environment themselves
- Collaborate with team engineers and product/project managers to plan and execute projects
- Continuously improve the product with the future of the product in mind
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Java web application development (design, development, testing, release, and operations)
- Experience in database design and application implementation with consideration of inter-system integration
- Experience in software architecture design and middleware selection
- Experience in leading and managing projects as an engineer; Experience in negotiating with users and vendors
- Experience in developing business applications using PEGA Platform (customization)
- Experience in operation and maintenance of business systems using PEGA

Working hours : 9:00 - 17:30
Working style: Hybrid (basically 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week at home)
