Description
A global IT services company is looking for a backend engineer who can take the initiative to raise and resolve issues with a diverse team of engineers. You will also be involved in management tasks in development if desired.
Responsibilities:
- Create system requirements, functional requirements, and architectural requirements.
- Development of project plans and work plans. Calculation of manpower and equipment costs.
- Design and implementation of application construction and performance testing for high-load transactions.
∙ Basic design, infrastructure & middle procurement, log collection management
・Detailed design and implementation policy development and review
- Release planning and implementation
- System operation design, implementation, and troubleshooting
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of development experience using Java 11
- At least 2 years of experience in Spring Boot development
- Experience in system operation and maintenance using Linux and Oracle

Working hours : 9:00 - 17:30
Working style: Hybrid (basically 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week at home)
