A global Life Insurance company is looking for a strong bilingual Agile Coach who can contribute and lead building agile organization to accelerate the business growth and improve the competitiveness in the insurance market.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and guide his ART in implementing ADM and SAFe practices
- Work with RTE and Product Managers in preparing and execute PI Planning and improving their ART backlog
- Work with Business Owners and Product Managers to establish ART vision and OKRs
- Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters in ART Teams to implement Agile and DevOps practices at the working level with diverse team members nationality, location, skills, and multiple-languages.
- Support advancing the state of Agility in the company as measured in the SAFe Business Agility Assessment, through initiatives, like: develop and Implement Trainings. Comfortable writing, piloting and delivering new course content.
- Delivering SAFe trainings, as well in-house trainings to Product Managers, RTEs, Product Owners, Scrum Leads and Stakeholders
- Building communication deck
- Facilitating workshops
- Running Community of Practices, and Lean and Agile Center of Excellence group
- Analyzing data and area of improvements
Required Skills:
- 10 years or more of business experience related to the system development or IT projects
- Experience as a Scrum Master or an Agile coach for at least 3 years
- Be a change leader
- Excellent communication and facilitation skill
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and persuasion skill
- Mastery of Agile Practices
- Mastery of Agile project management methods and associated tools (Visual management, Agile indicators, Agile KPI)
- Mastery of Scrum and Kanban practices
- Mastery of Product Management techniques (Product Vision, Story Mapping, Product Backlog) and Value based prioritization.

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
