A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities:
- Drive a product roadmap and deliver projects to achieve short-term and long-term vision of the product. 
- Provide the right metrics to measure risk and providing meaningful feedback to our data and our technology. 
- Develop vision and goals for the new launch programs and guide own and related teams toward a common mission. 
- Break away from traditional legacy systems to develop innovative, scalable solutions that push the boundaries of technology to sustain our systems by analyzing and reviewing risk and issue related data with development of corresponding detection and enforcement treatments. 
- Lead operations with data teams in their ability to develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly action plan that increase quality and user experience. 
- Owns the mechanism to effectively manage requirements and prioritization for all requests received by internal and external stakeholders, including new requirements and how they fit in for overall strategy, or defects triage and how they impact customer experience and business. 
- Maintain a dynamic approach to changing product scopes and requirements, exemplifying agility and responsiveness in all project management aspects. 
- Establish a strong relationship with both business and tech leaders to develop and lead the continuous improvement strategy across multiple products, design, engineering, quality, and customer-support teams. 

Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical product management, program management or engineering with a proven track record of execution, both as an individual contributor and on the teams as a lead.
- Experience owning or driving roadmap, strategy and definition.
- Experience of E2E product delivery.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Strong decision making and prioritization skills, guided by data, especially when multiple trade-offs are involved and fast-paced decisions are required.
- Empathy and good listening skills to understand the needs/ pain points of your customers/ stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator with ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics, driving  consensus and successful outcomes for cross-functional product initiatives. Foster an inclusive and high-performing team environment through effective mentorship.

Working hours : 9:00 - 17:30
Working style: Hybrid (basically 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week at home)
