A Global IT Sercices Company is seeking a QA Lead Engineer for the Warehouse Management section of the EC Logistics Development Department.

Responsibilities:
- As QA Lead, you will be responsible for QA implementation planning, execution, and evaluation while being actively involved in the project.
- Improve the testing process and promote the required standardization.
- Collaborate and negotiate with other companies, other departments within the company, and off-site to provide better outputs in a timely manner.
- Review and provide feedback on test specifications and test cases.
- Develop the next generation of leadership candidates through education to improve the productivity of the entire team.

Working Environment:
- We have about 160 members in Japan and overseas.
- Most of them have no background in logistics, but have acquired business knowledge after being assigned to our department. The main focus is on the company's private could environment.
- Most of them do not have a background in logistics, but have acquired business knowledge after being assigned to our department. We mainly use the in-house Private Could environment and some use the Public Cloud environment. We also have an on-premise environment because of the nature of logistics and because we operate a warehouse, and the department that manages the network is within the same development department. Each member of the team has their own area of expertise, and we are also working on maintaining areas other than software.

Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in application test design
- Experience in API/UI test automation development and non-functional testing
- Knowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level
- Experience in training at least one junior staff member
- Ability to communicate while involving stakeholders
