A global consulting firm seeks a Senior Technical & Process Analyst - IT specialist
to drive next generation innovation!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an expert in device management
- Device setup for new employees
- Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of in-house devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices)
- Ensure all devices are secure and up-to-date with the latest software and firmware
- Inventory tracking and management of all IT assets
- Act as an expert in knowledge management
- Ensure information is accessible and up-to-date by managing and maintaining a knowledge repository
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to improve comprehension, supportability, integration, compliance, and security
- Ensure documents and content meet compliance and security standards
- Provide training and support to team members on knowledge management practices and tools
- As a software management professional
- Monitors and executes software updates and patching of internal systems
- Test patch compatibility and stability prior to deployment
- Maintain detailed records of patching activity and compliance
- Be a reliable source of end-user support
- Provide technical support to end users via Teams, phone, email, and in-person
- Technical support assistance
- Rapid troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues
- Conduct training sessions and documentation to ensure users effectively understand and use the technology
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in device management, software patching, and end-user support
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems
- Experience with software management tools (Jamf, InTune, Active Directory)
- Knowledge of common software and security applications
