A global Consulting firm is seeking a Senior Management Consultant
to join their team. In this role you will support upstream tasks related to the digital transformation of the company’s group businesses (auditing, advisory, etc.), such as strategy development, roadmap creation, and solution planning.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze challenges in the group companies’ businesses and operations (auditing, advisory, etc.), support the formulation of digital transformation (DX) strategies, and plan DX solutions
- Assist in building technology-related strategies and controls
- Design and deploy the company’s business strategies and business models
- Design and implement the company’s organizational structure, governance, and business processes
- Prepare various reports related to company operations for management
- Identify and resolve issues related to organizational management
- Communicate and negotiate with overseas member firms
- Apply various IT tools to ensure smooth execution of the above tasks
Required Skills:
- Understanding of IT departments within organizations (roles, business processes, human resource structure, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience in upstream stages of IT system development
- Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and communication abilities. Consulting experience is not required

Working Hours
: Monday-Friday, 9:15 AM to 5:15 PM (Non-managerial positions have a flexible work time system)
