A world's leading Life Insurance firm is looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect  to join its Enterprise Architecture Technology Group.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the IT Strategic Planning activities by understanding current business strategy and objectives
- Provide an assistance to the Chief Architect regarding data architecture aspects of strategic planning
- Manage the Principles/Guideline, Target Architecture and Blueprints related to data architecture, and promote implementations toward the Target Data Architecture
- Recommend Chief Architect to make a judgment on changes in the local Target Architecture in line with the Group/Company business strategy 
- Define, maintain, and improve the Target Data Architecture and Blueprints, based on best practices 
- Guide and provide project managers, solution architects through day-to-day interactions and educational sessions
- Act as advocate for local requirements within global Architecture community and feedback global strategy and direction within the operating company regarding data architecture
- Ensure that the concerns and requirements of the operating company are adequately represented and understood
- Manage the local IT standards regarding data architecture
- Ensure projects follow the defined Standards
- Provide hands-on technical experience to guide the solution implementation
- Provide solution design and co-work with engineers toward implementation
- Facilitate and perform Data Modeling to data intensive solutions/product ( e.g. Data Lake, Datawarehouse, BI, Data Hub, ODS, etc)
- Develop software/vendor comparison/risks analyses in order to expand inventory of recommended solutions/standards and determine whether to buy/build
- Ensure application designs are compliant with information security, all corporate regulatory controls, and security best practices
- Provide data sizing and performance assessment for new implementations

Required Skills:
- TOGAF Certification or over 5 year-experience with data
- Knowledgeable on Data Management and data lifecycle management methodology
- Experience on Modeling automation: DBT, and experience on medallion layering (bronze, silver, gold)
- Experience on Data modeling with ERD definition of core data model of operational data stores and understanding of Data Vault 2.0 modeling in perspective to federated data architecture and Data Mesh concept implementation with Core and Analytical Data products
- Technology data building blocks like Data Lakehouse, ETL, API, Data pipelines, Meta data, Data masking/encryption, etc.
- Familiar with GDPR and PIP regulations
- Knowledge and Expertise on Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake…)
- AI and GenAI experience, implementation of MLOps and LLMOps platforms, and onboarding of use cases as ML/AI products
