A global IT services company is looking for a highly motivated Product Manager / Project Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product development. This role will require strong leadership in defining roadmaps, prioritizing projects, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful products while maintaining agility in execution.

Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and formulate strategies
- Create and maintain a product roadmap
- Manage project prioritization and resource allocation
- Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and build consensus
- Break down tasks, create backlog tickets, and track progress
- Oversee end-to-end project management to ensure timely delivery

Required Skills:
- Product Management experience
- 3+ years of PJM experience.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Positivity in unblocking the situation and supportiveness in achieving the goals with the engineering team.
- Skills to identify the problems and define the outcomes of the product. Creating the criteria to make the decision Go/NoGo.
