A Japanese cloud-based product company is looking to hire a Bridge Engineer due to rapid growth.

Responsibilities:
- Web application development using offshore development (subsidiary in Indonesia) for adding new features, improving performance, and implementing technical improvements or updates
- Managing development tasks for the Indonesian subsidiary
- Providing development support to the Indonesian subsidiary
- Building an optimal team with the Indonesian subsidiary
- Business trips to the Indonesian subsidiary

Required Skills:
- Experience in development in English-speaking countries or experience as a bridge engineer for development projects with English-speaking countries.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Japan.
- Willingness to travel to Indonesia.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours per day)
Work Style : Hybrid (Work from home on Wednesdays only)
