A Real Estate Service firm is seeking a bilingual System Engineer (Development) for its Digital & Technology Department.

Responsibilities:
- As a Digital & Technology System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and cloud solutions to improve internal business efficiency
- You will design, develop, test, and operate internal cloud solutions and web applications
- You will carry out cloud development using Microsoft Azure or AWS
- You will be responsible for designing, building, and operating data warehouses or NoSQL databases
- Not limited to specific projects, you will act as a cross-functional technical engineer for various development tasks
- You will collaborate with development vendors, managing and coordinating external resources
- You will integrate various internal data and propose or promote centralized data management
- You will understand user requirements and define specifications to deliver functional applications
- You will support business users through training and ensure the smooth adoption of developed applications
- After the system operation begins, you will monitor the application's performance, troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and implement improvements as needed

Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of practical experience in enterprise web application and cloud development
- Experience using Microsoft Azure; AWS experience is also welcome
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Java, etc.)
- Experience in database design and management (experience with SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB, Snowflake, etc. is preferred)
- Experience operating Linux (e.g., Command Line), as well as using Docker/Kubernetes
- Development experience utilizing AI
- Experience providing technical support to businesses or end-users
- Experience managing vendors or coordinating with external resources
- Proficiency in AI and cloud application development, with the ability to propose optimal technical solutions

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (7 hours and 30 minutes work) *Flexible work hours available
