- Able to tune Spark applications’ performance challenges by either utilizing various configurations, JVM tuning, and/or code refactoring

- Experience in a software engineering leadership role, with hands-on expertise in software architecture and design

- Strong technical foundation with a solid background and understanding in Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, and conversational AI

- Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new technologies and challenges

- Strong leadership qualities and a knack for inspiring teams to deliver innovative software solutions

- Knowledge and experience related to building/maintenance and support of applications on the cloud

- Experience with SFDC (Salesforce) or Genesys Cloud is preferred

- Proven experience as a Kotlin Developer with a focus on web API development. 

- Strong proficiency in Kotlin programming language and a solid understanding of Java.

- Experience with frameworks such as Vert.x for building scalable APIs.

- Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and best practices.

- Understanding of database systems, both relational (MariaDB) and NoSQL (Cassandra).

- Good knowledge of Collibra – Data Governance Platform

- Expert in Collibra Workflows, Integration, and Data Stewardship models

- Knowledge on data analytics, and databases

- Experience in supporting projects involving regulatory/compliance reporting and adherence.

- Knowledge of business and IT units.

- Ability to understand what the product being supported should be
