Position Referrals:
Referred candidates must have an IT background with at least 2 years IT working experience and must currently be living in Japan.
Referred candidates must not currently be in the registration process or have previously registered with Skillhouse.
Skillhouse reserves the right to not register a referred candidate at its own discretion.
A Candidate Referral Bonus is applicable to all referred candidates that find a new position from Skillhouse within 180 days of the actual Skillhouse Registration date. No bonus is paid for referred candidates that find a position beyond 180 days following registration.
Terms & Conditions
- Bonuses will be paid in the following month the bonus is earned.
- In the case of Candidate Referrals, this is based on the candidate start date.
- Bonuses are subject to all applicable taxes as per Japanese regulations.
