Position Title: Account Executive (Sales Professional)
Employment Type: Fulltime (Permanent)
Salary: 4,800,000 starting base salary plus commission of up to 14,000,000 per year based on reaching sales goals, plus incentives, full social benefits, transportation, 401k, paid vacation, etc.
Working Hours: Flex from 7:30AM to 9:00AM plus two (2) days week Work from Home (WFH) option

Working as a team member in the sales department, your responsibilities will be to provide IT staffing and services to companies in the Kanto area. Your main responsibilities are as follows.
- Business Development for new clients
- Account and Relationship management to existing clients
- Manage the sales process for IT staffing services to clients
The Account Executive’s role is to lead the service delivery process. Once new clients are developed, other teams will be in charge of providing the resources required to fill client needs. As a result, the role requires strong business development and relationship management skills and experience. Moreover, to communicate well to other teams to ensure resources are delivered within required timelines and budget.
The success of our company is driven by the success of our sales team. Each Sales Professional is required to work with integrity and a strong sense of urgency to deliver a superior level of service to our Clients, Candidates and Working Staff.
